Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with product information and assistance.
- Assist customers with product selection and make recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate cash and inventory records.
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly stocked at all times.
- Continuously learn about new products and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Provide feedback to store management regarding customer needs, product performance, and inventory levels.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in store promotional events and sales activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
